Booking your Lash and Brow Treatments.

To secure a booking, a deposit  is required for admin purposes at the time of booking. As a courtesy to the lash and brow stylists and others clients we require at lease 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. This can be done online or text. Should you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours, your deposit will not be refunded with no exception.
 
Late Arrivals.
Please keep in mind that arriving late for your appointment may required us to shorten the length of the appointment, with full charges applied, so as not to cause an inconvenience the next clients. We regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of time to the scheduled appointments.

Non - Refundable Deposits.
Please note all deposits are non refundable however if cancellation is made (with more then 24 hrs) or clients need to reschedule (with more then 24 hrs), only then we are able to transfer the deposit to a new booking.

Lash Extension Refills Policies.
For an appointment to be considered a "REFILL", clients must return with at lease 40% retention and within 3 weeks of their previous appointment date. Any client returning with less then 40% or over 4 weeks will be charged accordingly.

Lash Extension - All gone within 1 weeks-.
If by chance all your lashes have all fallen out within 2 weeks and that you have followed the aftercare 100%, then please notify me ASAP either by text or online. Please provide a picture of your lashes as evidence and send it to me within two weeks. I will be more then happy to give you a new set free of charge.

Unhappy
For whatever reason it may be that you are not happy with my service, please let me know ASAP so that I rectify and find a solution.
